Kailee Deasy

Kailee spent part of her childhood between Idaho and California before settling in the heartland of New Meadows, where she graduated from high school and met her future husband. With both of her parents working in the construction industry, Kailee was exposed to the world of construction and home improvement from an early age. This eventually led her toward a career centered around homes, design, and helping people create spaces they love.

Her professional journey began with counter sales at a local HVAC wholesale warehouse. After taking several years away from the workforce to be a full-time mom, Kailee found her way to Space Envy. She is grateful to be part of a creative, client-focused team where every project is unique, and no two days are the same. Kailee enjoys working with a wide variety of clients and believes that every person she meets has something to teach her. She especially enjoys being part of the collaborative process and helping bring each client's vision to life.

As Operations Manager, Kailee helps keep the day-to-day operations of the company moving smoothly. From coordinating clients, to scheduling projects and installations, she keeps the many moving pieces of each job on track. She enjoys being the connection between the client, designer, and installation team.

She and her husband, Derek, have been together for 15 years and are celebrating 11 years of marriage this year. Together, they have two children, Madelyn and Jackson. Outside of work, Kailee loves camping, crafting, and traveling with her family: She also enjoys getting lost in a good book. Her favorite role, by far, is being a mom.

Their exciting and non-stop household also includes four beloved pets: Lola, their Husky; Huckleberry, their Australian Shepherd; Riley, their tortoiseshell cat; and Willow, their tabby cat.

Markus Hamilton

Markus grew up in Nampa, Idaho, then moved to Tennessee at the age of 10. At 18, he headed to California to work on a farm and experience something new. As the youngest of 12 children—with eight brothers and three sisters, Markus grew up in a busy, lively household, which taught him the value of hard work, adaptability, and looking out for others.

When he’s not working, Markus loves spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, riding his bike, and walking his dogs. He loves to stay active at the gym; fitness is important. Music is almost always playing in the background, and he enjoys keeping life interesting with his two sweet pups, Precious, a mixed breed; and Lola, a German Shepherd. A fun fact about Markus is that he spent eight years dancing and even had the opportunity to teach dance classes.

As Space Envy’s Lead Installer, Markus plays an important role in bringing each client’s design to life. He enjoys the hands-on nature of his work and learning something new with every project. He has worked his way up from construction assistant, to installer, to now lead installer. Markus appreciates being part of a team where growth and hard work are valued.

Markus’s favorite ODI finish is Raven. He also enjoys the added woodgrain for some extra flair. He lives by the simple motto, “Two wrongs don’t make a right,” and believes in staying focused, working hard, and always trying to maintain a positive attitude along the way.

Claire Lesko

Originally from California’s Central Coast, Claire has always had a love for creativity, organization, and outdoors. She earned her bachelor’s degree in interior design from Fresno State and began her career working alongside a lead designer at a Fresno-based design firm, where she served as the primary draftsperson. Through hands-on experience sourcing materials, supporting clients, and collaborating throughout the design-building process, she quickly discovered a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. She truly believes that a thoughtful design can make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.

As a Designer, Claire enjoys combining her eye for design with her passion for helping clients create spaces that feel both elevated, practical, and very functional. She loves getting to know each client and understanding how they live, what they need, and what they envision for their space. From the initial ideas to the finished project, Claire enjoys bringing those visions to life while creating solutions that are both beautiful and practicable. She especially values Space Envy’s family-oriented atmosphere and the genuine relationships she is able to build with clients along the way.

A study abroad experience in Italy sparked her love of travel and adventure, and she recently completed a five-night backpacking trip across Santa Catalina Island. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring national parks, tending to her growing plant collection, attending music festivals, and spending time outdoors whenever she gets the chance.

Claire also shares life with her spoiled pup, Lola, a Terrier Weiner dog mix. She proudly holds the title of designated pet sitter for family and friends. When it comes to design, Claire’s favorite finish combination is Drift paired with a Fossil countertop. She especially loves incorporating a continuous toe kick paired with trim molding to give a space a polished, finished look. She lives by the quote, “If not this, then something better,” a reminder to trust the process and embrace wherever life leads.

Adam Rivera

Adam grew up in Denver, Colorado, alongside his parents, two brothers, and his twin sister. From a young age, he was drawn to building and craftsmanship, beginning his career as an installer’s assistant while still in high school and eventually working his way up to superintendent for a large local builder. Over the years, Adam has owned and operated businesses in both California and Idaho, including handyman services, property management, and remodeling companies.

With four decades of experience in the construction industry, Adam has had the opportunity to build countless homes throughout Colorado and California. For almost 12 years, he has focused on helping clients across Idaho improve their home storage solutions. As the co-owner of Space Envy and the company’s Lead Installer, Adam enjoys being involved in every part of the process, from creating solutions that meet a client’s needs to bringing those designs to life in their home.

Owning and operating Space Envy has been both an honor and a passion for Adam. He truly enjoys meeting new clients, working alongside them, and creating functional, beautiful spaces tailored to the way they live. One of the things he values most is being able to work alongside his wife, Lisa. He feels the two of them make a great team, both at home and on the job.

When he’s not working, you’ll most likely find Adam spending time in the backyard with his family, traveling, fishing, and hanging out with their two children, Faith (22) and Noah (20). Their home is always full of energy thanks to four dogs: Lila, a corgi; Kiwi and Bleu, Chiweenies; and Indie, their daughters German Shepard—and two Maine Coon cats, Leo and Nix.

One of Adam’s favorite quotes is, “I protect what matters most.” When it comes to design, Adam is especially drawn to the clean, timeless look of ODI’s Vintage/Latte and Raven/White color combinations.

Elijah Phillis

Elijah grew up in Troy, Idaho, a small agricultural community just east of Moscow. His rural upbringing instilled in him a strong work ethic and appreciation for hands-on work—qualities that have carried throughout his career and now play an important role in his work at Space Envy.

Before joining Space Envy, Elijah spent 10 summers working on a hay farm in Troy, along with experience in warehouse work for Kowallis’s & Richard’s Hardware in Boise. His background, working with his hands and understanding of how things are built has given him a unique perspective as Space Envy’s Shop Manager. He helps keep projects moving through the shop and takes pride in making sure each order is prepared and ready for installation. As he grows with the company, Elijah is also being cross trained in the field, giving him the opportunity to learn more about both the installation side of the business, as well as sales.

One of Elijah’s favorite parts of working at Space Envy is watching a project come together from start to finish. As orders move through the shop, he is continually impressed by the creativity and expertise of the Space Envy team and enjoys seeing how a design transforms from an idea on paper into a finished product ready for installation.

Even more impressive, he is a College of Idaho alumnus, where he was a Heritage Scholar, and competed on the men’s track and field team. He also served as ASCI student body president during his senior year. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, running, birdwatching, fishing, cooking, and spending time outdoors. He is also an avid musician and plays several instruments, including trombone, saxophone, and guitar. When he isn’t working or studying, he enjoys spending time with his long-term girlfriend, Amara (also a C of I graduate). 

As Elijah prepares for the next chapter of his education, he is currently studying for the MCAT, with plans to attend medical school to become an orthopedic surgeon, next fall. Until then, he is enjoying the opportunity to learn, work with his hands, and be part of the Space Envy team.
